About the role
We are seeking an experienced GRC Archer Developer with 3–5 years of hands on experience in designing, developing, and supporting RSA Archer solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GRC processes, the Archer data model, and end to end configuration of use cases. What you'll do
- Design, configure, and implement RSA Archer applications, solutions, and use cases based on business requirements
- Develop and maintain Archer data-driven events (DDEs), calculated fields, iViews, dashboards, reports, and access control structures
- Build and customize Archer solutions including Applications, Questionnaires, Risk Registers, Workflows, Advanced Workflows, Archer Engage and Integrations
- Support end to end implementation activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and documentation
- Work closely with business teams to translate functional requirements into technical configurations within Archer
