Global C and I Strategic Operations Specialist

About the role

The Global Operations Specialist plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across the Clients & Industries (C&I) organization. This role focuses on enabling strategic priorities, optimizing processes, and facilitating collaboration across domains, functions, and pods to deliver agility and impact.

What you'll do

• Partner with leadership to help translate strategic objectives into actionable operational plans within the aligned domain
• Support the design and implementation of short- and long-term initiatives/projects that deliver on strategic priorities, monitoring progress against milestones
• Oversee domain-specific processes, driving clarity, consistency, and timely execution across stakeholders
• Prepare strategic inputs for leadership (e.g., decks), synthesizing content into clear narratives and recommendations to support decision-making
• Collaborate with the Strategic Operations Team Lead and counterparts, plus other Domain teams, to coordinate cross-domain priorities
