Global C and I Strategic Operations Support

About the role

Global Operations Support plays a key role in supporting operational excellence across the Clients & Industries (C&I) organization. This role focuses on enabling strategic priorities, optimizing processes, and facilitating collaboration across domains, functions, and pods to deliver agility and impact.

What you'll do

• Manage and execute domain initiatives and projects by working closely with senior stakeholders, applying strong project management discipline
• Maintain project plans, timelines, documentation, and next steps, ensuring accuracy and timely updates
• Drive project meetings, coordinate actions across contributors, advance activity as appropriate and track progress against milestones
• Support preparation of leadership ‑ ready materials (presentations, updates, trackers), ensuring they meet EY standards and are ready for circulation
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities to improve processes, escalating issues as appropriate
