GST-Transition Senior Manager

About the role

The Transition Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing complex transitions, ensuring minimal disruption, managing stakeholder expectations, and delivering high-quality outcomes within agreed timelines and budgets. While the candidate in this role will primarily work with US stakeholders and hence work during US work hours, there may be some meetings/ activities which the candidate may have to participate in other time zones.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute detailed transition plans, including risk assessments, resource allocation, communication strategies, and milestone tracking
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all transition activities are completed on schedule and in alignment with client requirements
• Conduct due diligence to assess current state processes and identify areas for improvement during the transition phase
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and process documentation to ensure operational continuity
• Monitor and report on transition progress, proactively identifying and resolving issues or bottlenecks
