About the role
As a Learning Deployment Specialist within the GDS Talent Services - L&D Hub, you will coordinate the end-to-end deployment of learning programmes and projects for EY teams across regions and time zones. You will manage schedules, learning-system setup, logistics, budgets, compliance and stakeholder engagement, while producing virtual sessions as needed and delivering a consistent, high-quality learner experience in line with agreed service levels.
What you'll do
- Build initial course scheduling offering schedule for review
- Monitoring of participant nominations working alongside Deployment Administration Team
- Prepare facilitators for delivery of Learning courses (logistics) and support in the management of facilitators
- Ensure CE credits awarded to Learning participants and instructors where applicable
- Supporting on projects across the Learning and/or Leadership Development TD team(s) as required
