What you'll do
- Gain valuable experience and knowledge by working across capabilities, service offerings, sectors and geographies
- Design of cost-effective, tax-compliant and administratively practical compensation structures
- Develop and manage a client portfolio by building independent relationships with clients and broad networks within EY
- Identify, assess and resolve technical and delivery issues, and escalate significant matters to engagement leadership in a timely manner
- Guide, supervise, motivate and develop Consultants, Senior Consultants and Interns through effective delegation, review, coaching and feedback
