What you'll do
- Oversee Oracle and SQL Server database administration activities and identify opportunities for performance, scalability, and availability improvements
- Accountable for ensuring database standards, operational procedures, and governance policies are followed across enterprise environments
- Act as the first-level technical escalation point for Oracle and SQL Server related incidents and production issues
- Perform and support end-to-end database migrations across platforms, including Oracle to Oracle, SQL Server to SQL Server, and Oracle to SQL Server migration projects
- Lead technical assessments, solution design, migration planning, and implementation activities
