About the role
The Enterprise Security Program is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, global information security initiatives across EY. This role is designed for a project leader who can connect strategy to execution, bring together cross-functional teams, and drive outcomes that reduce enterprise risk while supporting business value and operational resilience.
What you'll do
- Drive project governance, status reporting, issue escalation and decision-making with senior stakeholders and executive sponsors
- Facilitate stakeholder alignment by integrating feedback, resolving conflicts and keeping teams focused on shared outcomes
- Support continuous improvement of security processes, governance practices and delivery methods, including lessons learned and sustainable operating models
- Mentor and coach project team members, build team engagement, and encourage accountability, collaboration and quality delivery
