About the role
You will contribute to complex transformation programs by applying deep product, process, and platform knowledge, while helping clients achieve their business objective. This role provides the opportunity to work across multi vendor environments, influence strategic business decisions, and contribute to large scale transformation initiatives for insurance careers.
What you'll do
- Support clients across the full policy lifecycle, including new business, underwriting, policy servicing, billing, claims, disbursements, and regulatory updates
- Lead end-to-end Policy Administration System (PAS) conversion programs (legacy to modern platforms) across Life, Annuity, and Group business lines
- Define and validate data conversion strategy, including Data profiling, cleansing, mapping, and transformation rules
- Work closely with source and target system experts to define Data architecture and conversion design decisions, mapping logic and transformation rules
- Design and oversee conversion execution cycles, including Build cycles and iterative mock conversions, Monitoring data quality, reconciliation
