About the role
You will be responsible for executing tasks with increasing autonomy, applying sound judgment within defined parameters, and contributing to team outcomes. You will anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with senior members of the team.
What you'll do
- Configure and implement SAP Convergent Mediation solutions to support billing and revenue management
- Manage data collection, transformation, and distribution across different billing systems
- Ensure smooth integration between CC and CI/SOM and contract accounting(FICA)
- Enhance system performance and scalability for high-volume transaction processing
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into scalable mediation processes by working closely with business teams
