About the role
We are seeking an experienced resource for performing the work on Entitlement management system Responsible for managing user access and entitlement requests across enterprise applications, ensuring compliance with security policies, audit requirements, and service-level agreements (SLAs). The role supports identity and access management (IAM) operations, user provisioning, access reviews, and entitlement governance activities.
What you'll do
- Process user access provisioning, modification, and de-provisioning requests
- Manage entitlements across applications, databases, and infrastructure platforms
- Perform access reviews, certification campaigns, and entitlement reconciliations
- Investigate and resolve access-related incidents and service requests within SLA
- Support joiner, mover, and leaver (JML) processes
