About the role
As an SAP FSCM Manager, you will lead the financial supply chain management initiatives within the organization, driving improvements in cash flow, credit management, and collections processes. What you'll do
- Process Improvement : Identify and implement best practices to optimize credit management, collections, and dispute resolution processes
- Troubleshooting : Address and resolve issues related to the FSCM module, ensuring system reliability
- Reporting : Generate and present reports on financial performance and process efficiency to senior management
- Should be aware S4HANA credit management functionalities
- Develop and deliver training programs for end-users on FSCM functionalities
