About the role
We're looking for a consultant with experience in Manufacturing and Operational Excellence to join EY GDS-SC&O. This is an exciting opportunity to work on manufacturing transformation and operational excellence engagements across industries and geographies.
What you'll do
- Support analysis of as-is operating models for manufacturing clients and identify performance improvement opportunities
- Assist in developing future-state manufacturing operating models aligned with business objectives and performance targets
- Support the design and implementation of manufacturing transformation frameworks and performance management systems
- Support deployment of Manufacturing Excellence work processes across sites, ensuring adherence to standards, governance, and capability-building initiatives
- Participate in Operational Excellence programs focused on productivity, reliability, quality, and supply chain performance improvement
