About the role
We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst with experience implementing global projects and programs with a high level of competency in Talent systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in gathering complex requirements, designing integrated solutions, and contributing to the strategic use of Talent data to support business objectives.
What you'll do
- Process Engineering/Optimization : Analyze existing Talent processes, identify areas for optimization
- Work seamlessly to achieve efficient data exchange between SAP SuccessFactors and other relevant systems, with a focus on data quality and accuracy
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools, database query languages (e.g., SQL), and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI)
- Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving project objectives and driving positive outcomes
- Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst with a focus on Talent systems, SAP SuccessFactors, and data integration
