Senior Manager, Transformation Architecture and Delivery (TAD) - Power and Utilities Sector

About the role

As an Advanced Metering Infrastructure (AMI) Program Management Senior Manager, you will help Power & Utilities clients plan and deliver large-scale Advanced Metering Infrastructure transformations. These programs span meter data management, head-end systems, multi-manufacturer meters, field deployment, vendor orchestration, organizational readiness and business process change across the utility enterprise.

What you'll do

• As a Senior Manager, you will lead complex AMI pursuits and delivery engagements with a focus on quality, risk management, client service
• Lead AMI program management pursuits, including client strategy, solution development, pricing, proposals, orals and internal approvals
• Build trusted relationships with senior utility stakeholders and represent the practice in governance forums, executive briefings and pursuit discussions
• Guide AMI program delivery across planning, mobilization, business process design, requirements, organizational readiness, field deployment
• Stand up and operate integrated PMOs, including governance, planning, RAID and dependency management, change control, vendor coordination and executive reporting
