What you'll do
- Lead RHT Valuation engagements primarily for financial reporting purposes, ensuring quality and timely delivery and high-quality results for all clients
- Develop and maintain financial and valuation models using tools like MS Excel, while guiding junior staff in model creation and improvement
- Participate in real estate advisory engagements, including financial analyses, cash flow modeling, property/portfolio modeling, analytical model reviews
- Conduct fair value assessments for various property types, including multi-family residential, office, retail, hotel, warehouse, industrial, mixed-use, infrastructure
- Contribute to report preparation, financial modeling, and identification of key issues, proposing solutions where necessary
