We are seeking a Manager to lead procurement transformation initiatives across Source-to-Pay. The role combines procurement domain expertise, consulting delivery, digital transformation, and AI-enabled solution design to improve efficiency, compliance, user experience, and business value. What you'll do
- Lead current-state assessments and design future-state processes across category management, sourcing, supplier management, contracting, purchasing, and invoice-to-pay
- Develop transformation roadmaps, operating models, business cases, governance structures, implementation plans, and value realization frameworks
- Facilitate workshops and translate business challenges into clear process, data, technology, and organizational requirements
- Lead program management, including scope, plans, governance, RAID management, dependencies, resourcing, quality and executive reporting
