About the role
The Record to Report (RTR) Senior Manager will play a strategic leadership role in overseeing global and multi-country RTR operations for key engagements. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the RTR domain, along with strong team management and leadership skills. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive operational excellence and contribute to the strategic direction of our RTR services.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership and accountability for delivering RTR services, ensuring excellence in financial reporting and compliance with all applicable regulations
- Lead and mentor the RTR team in managing the general ledger, month-end close processes, reconciliations, journal entry processing, and financial reporting and analysis
- Maintain a thorough understanding of service management reporting metrics
- Leverage advanced RTR tools and technologies, such as Blackline, Workiva, Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, ServiceNow (SNOW), and Generative AI, to optimize workflows
- Lead discussions with internal and external auditors, providing necessary information and support during audits
