About the role

We are seeking a self-motivated and highly organized candidate with a passion for innovation and a strong desire to learn and adopt new technologies. You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team and have a proven track record of delivering successful AI projects. Adapt pre-trained Gen AI models / fine-tune Gen AI models to specific tasks or domains, ensuring optimal performance.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and train machine learning models using various algorithms and techniques (e.g., neural networks, deep learning, reinforcement learning)
• Develop effective prompts and techniques to guide Gen AI models and generate high-quality outputs
• Optimize AI algorithms for performance, efficiency, and scalability
• Work closely with other teams (e.g., data scientists, software engineers) to integrate AI solutions into existing products or services
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop AI solutions that deliver tangible value
