What you'll do
- Creating transformation roadmap, Agile Org structures, establishing OKRs at Portfolio, ART and Team level
- Creating agile maturity assessments and guidelines, frameworks to support teams
- Analyse and optimize value streams for better flow and customer value delivery
- Creating effective Agile training materials and programs for various roles
- Facilitating Program level Agile ceremonies using virtual collaboration tools in a remote or hybrid environment
