About the role
The Staff Yardi SME will be responsible for supporting and enhancing Yardi Investment Management solutions while acting as a bridge between business, data, and technology teams. The role requires strong knowledge of Yardi, Private Markets operations, and ETL processes to support data onboarding, migration, integration, and ongoing platform optimization.
What you'll do
- Act as the subject matter expert for Yardi Investment Management and related modules
- Gather, analyse, and document business and data requirements
- Support data migration, onboarding, and ETL activities including mapping, validation, and reconciliation
- Collaborate with business, data, and technology teams to resolve functional and data-related issues
- Perform data analysis and root cause investigation for production and project-related issues
