About the role

The team operates on-site across India to build high-visibility talent programs that attract creative, digital and marketing professionals.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for digital marketing and creative roles: source, screen, interview and close high-fit candidates across India
• Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram and paid channels to build a talent pipeline and reduce time-to-hire
• Manage ATS workflows and candidate experience—ensure consistent communication, interview feedback loops and offer negotiation support
• Partner with hiring managers to define role profiles, hiring scorecards and structured interview guides to improve selection quality
• Track hiring metrics and run weekly hiring reviews; optimise channels and budgets using data-driven insights
