Senior Receptionist (Salon)

About the role

We operate in the Fashion, Beauty & Salon Services sector with a media-affiliated approach to premium grooming and client experiences. This on-site role supports high-volume salon operations that combine upscale service delivery with retail merchandising and appointment-driven scheduling across multiple location formats.

What you'll do

• Welcome clients and manage front-desk flow—greet walk-ins, confirm appointments, and control lobby experience to maximise satisfaction and punctuality
• Operate appointment systems and maintain daily schedules—book, reschedule, and confirm appointments while minimising gaps and no-shows
• Handle payments and POS transactions—process card and cash payments, issue receipts, and perform end-of-day cash reconciliation
• Coordinate with stylists and service teams—communicate client arrivals, special requests, and timing updates to ensure seamless service delivery
• Manage phone and digital enquiries—answer multi-line calls, respond to emails and chat inquiries, and escalate client issues to supervisors when needed
