About the role
This role combines strong knowledge in web application security, networking, and cloud delivery with hands-on software development and scripting capabilities. In this role, you will act as a key technical resource for customer deployments while driving internal delivery innovation—designing, coding, and maintaining custom automation scripts, internal tools, and AI/LLM-assisted workflows that improve consulting efficiency across the team.
What you'll do
- Hands-On Tooling & Automation Engineering
- Build & Maintain Internal Tooling: Architect and write internal tools, CLIs, and automation utilities (using Python, Terraform, and APIs) to streamline onboarding
- Technical Leadership & Complex Delivery
- Advanced Diagnostics & Escalation: Function as an experienced technical resource for diagnosing and resolving operational issues, infrastructure bottlenecks
- Practice Enablement & Knowledge Sharing
