- Work with the extended P&C Team and clients to advise on specifics for the position, including levelling/compensation strategy, immigration and market trends
- Design and provide ongoing training to managers on hiring/interviewing practices and procedures, with focus on interviewing techniques
- Mentor, provide training, and encourage knowledge share and teamwork with fellow recruitment teammates and HR Partners
- Deliver results with little supervision and effectively prioritise multiple projects and candidates
