What you'll do
- Assist in configuring and supporting software solutions, including troubleshooting and problem-solving with a logical and analytical approach
- Work with REST APIs: help set up, test, and document API endpoints and integrations
- Support the development and maintenance of configuration files, environment settings, and application parameters
- Collaborate with engineers to ensure correct system behavior and data flow between services
- Participate in testing activities to validate configurations and API responses
