About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Business Analyst with strong expertise in Supply Chain, Retail Pricing, and Merchandising domains. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, product teams, and technology partners to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and drive the successful delivery of pricing optimization, inventory management, assortment planning, merchandising, and supply chain transformation initiatives.
What you'll do
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements related to supply chain, pricing, and merchandising initiatives
- Conduct workshops, interviews, and process-mapping sessions to capture functional and non-functional requirements
- Analyze current-state processes and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation
- Translate business requirements into user stories, BRDs, FRDs, process flows, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Development teams throughout the project lifecycle
