What you'll do
- Assess existing CJA configurations and identify gaps, constraints, and opportunities relative to business and reporting requirements
- Configure and support technical components within Adobe Customer Journey Analytics to enable scalable reporting and analysis
- Translate solution requirements into technical designs for data connections, data views, metrics, dimensions, filters, and reporting-ready structures
- Support integration of relevant data sources into CJA, including digital, campaign, CRM, marketing automation, and customer data platform inputs
- Validate data readiness, field mappings, schema alignment, and ingestion logic needed to support accurate reporting and analysis
