About the role

This role ensures SLA-driven outcomes, smooth integration with client SDLC processes, and continuous productivity improvement through automation and AI.
What you'll do
- Own service delivery from intake through remediation, validation, and closure
- Run operational cadence including intake windows, sprint planning, and SLA reviews
- Manage stakeholder communication, escalations, and dependency resolution
- Ensure compliance with SDLC, release, and change governance
- Lead team ramp-up, knowledge transfer, and capacity planning
