We are seeking a technically adapt software Engineer to join our Fidelity Stock Plan Services team (SPS) . In this critical role, you will serve as a technical authority driving the stability, scalability, and continuous evolution of our production systems. You will lead the resolution of the complex and high-impact issues, shape support strategies, and influence engineering practices across teams.
What you'll do

- Monitoring & Alerts: Define and drive the observability, including the design of dashboards, alerting mechanisms

- Define, develop, and implement application-level architecture hosted in the cloud
