What you'll do
- Lead L2/L3 support for Manhattan WMOS and related warehouse applications
- Work with Engineering and Architecture teams to design scalable, high-performing solutions for WMS and final mile
- Lead root cause analysis and resolution for critical system issues, ensuring high availability and operational reliability
- Build and enhance proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms (e.g., ELK, AppDynamics) for improved system observability
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Operations teams to prioritize and implement critical system improvements
