About the role
Manage a number of related projects in the HR Tech area – Primary Technology is SuccessFactors but other technologies are involved. Additional Technologies include AI (Console), Jira, OpenText / PowerDocs and Claude based AI tools. Management of the programme plan, governance, dependencies, delivery dates, resources, risks, issues etc.
What you'll do
- Manage a number of related projects in the HR Tech area – Primary Technology is SuccessFactors but other technologies are involved
- Work with business owners on Change Management and Adoption activities
- Coordinate the wider HR Transformation programme across workstreams
- Work on an international team in different timezones and often competing priorities
- Work in an iterative way with the business stakeholders to agree, develop and document solutions
