QA Engineer Offshore

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled QA Engineer to support a large-scale digital transformation, integration modernization, and loyalty platform evolution program within the QSR and e-commerce ecosystem. This role focuses on ensuring high-quality delivery of cloud-native microservices, API orchestration platforms, identity systems, and loyalty-driven customer journeys.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases for backend services, APIs, integration workflows, and event-driven systems
• Validate end-to-end e-commerce, loyalty, identity, and checkout journeys, ensuring seamless customer experience
• Perform functional, integration, regression, performance, and UAT testing across distributed microservices ecosystems
• Develop and maintain API automation frameworks for validating orchestration flows, authentication, caching, and proxy services
• Validate event-driven and asynchronous workflows, including pub-sub messaging, retry mechanisms, and graceful degradation scenarios
