About the role
We are seeking a seasoned QA Lead to oversee and drive both manual and automated testing processes, ensuring high-quality software delivery. The ideal candidate will also have hands-on experience in performance testing using tools like LoadRunner or JMeter, as well as security testing practices. As a QA Lead, you will lead the QA team, define test strategies, and work cross-functionally to identify and resolve issues early in the development cycle.
What you'll do
- Lead and manage the QA team across manual, automation, and non-functional testing
- Design, implement, and maintain automated test frameworks and test scripts
- Coordinate and execute manual testing for functional, regression, and exploratory test cases
- Plan and perform performance testing using LoadRunner, JMeter, or equivalent tools
- Oversee or execute security testing to identify vulnerabilities and ensure compliance
