What you'll do
- Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives
- Guide and coach AI teams in agile principles, promoting self-organization and accountability
- Act as a servant leader and coach to the development team, product owners, and stakeholders
- Identify and remove impediments that hinder the team's progress or performance
- Track and manage team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.), providing regular updates to stakeholders
