About the role
The Salesforce Documentation Specialist / Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for reviewing, updating, and maintaining Salesforce-related documentation to ensure it accurately reflects current platform capabilities, features, and functionality.
What you'll do
- Review existing Salesforce documentation to assess accuracy, completeness, and alignment with current business processes and system functionality
- Update documentation using established templates, standards, and formatting guidelines
- Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and subject matter experts to clarify requirements, validate content, and confirm current capabilities
- Create clear, concise, and well-structured documentation that supports business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and outdated information within existing documentation and recommend improvements
