About the role
We are looking for a Product Manager to own and evolve Flex CRM, Cyncly's CRM and commercial workflow platform serving kitchen, bath, and flooring retailers across Europe and North America. Flex CRM sits at the heart of the retailer's sales journey from capturing and managing leads through design, quoting, pricing, and ultimately converting opportunities into revenue.
What you'll do
- Work at the intersection of customer workflows, commercial software, and complex business operations
- Translate real customer problems and business needs into simple, scalable product experiences that help retailers sell more effectively
- Own your product area end-to-end from customer discovery and product strategy through prioritization, delivery, launch, and measuring outcomes
- Have the autonomy to determine what problems to solve, why they matter, what to build, and how to measure whether it worked
- Own the Flex CRM product vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes
