About the role
As a Security Engineer specializing in Vulnerability Management, you will play a critical role in safeguarding Cyncly’s digital assets. You will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and managing vulnerabilities across our global infrastructure. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure that vulnerabilities are remediated in a timely and effective manner, and that our security posture remains robust against emerging threats.
What you'll do
- Lead the design, engineering, and ongoing optimization of the SIEM platform across global environments
- Build and maintain log ingestion pipelines, parsers, connectors, and enrichment logic for both cloud and on‑premises systems
- Develop and tune detection rules, correlation logic, and analytics aligned to MITRE ATT&CK and threat intelligence
- Partner with the Security Operations Center to enhance alert fidelity, reduce noise, and improve mean time to detect (MTTD)
- Drive SIEM data quality initiatives, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and visibility across critical systems
