About the role
Support integrations and production workflows across JDE, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EDW, WDF, Salesforce and other CRM platforms, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint, Azure or Fabric, AWS and network storage. Monitor platform health, refreshes, interfaces and capacity; troubleshoot failures and coordinate root-cause resolution to maintain service continuity.
What you'll do
- Administer Alteryx Designer, Server and Gallery, including scheduling, connections, credentials, licensing, upgrades, monitoring and incident recovery
- Support integrations and production workflows across JDE, Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EDW, WDF, Salesforce and other CRM platforms, Power BI, Power Platform, SharePoint
- Monitor platform health, refreshes, interfaces and capacity; troubleshoot failures and coordinate root-cause resolution to maintain service continuity
- Support Atlas and ERP/CRM transitions through dependency mapping, data migration, testing, UAT, reconciliation, cutover, parallel operations, go-live and hypercare
- Manage role-based access, service accounts, permissions, gateways, APIs and controlled data movement; validate workflows and reporting after system changes
