About the role
We are seeking an experienced and driven IT HCM Solution Architect to join our team in Mumbai. This role is responsible for designing and delivering Oracle HCM Cloud solutions across HR and the wider ERP ecosystem. The position will play a key role in a major enterprise transformation, including the modernization of core systems.
What you'll do
- Lead Oracle HCM Cloud solution design across Core HR, Talent, Compensation, Absence, Time & Labor, and Benefits
- Design scalable HCM solutions aligned with business requirements and technology standards
- Ensure effective integration between Oracle HCM, Oracle ERP, and other enterprise systems
- Act as a liaison between HCM and ERP implementation teams
- Support solution lifecycle activities including design, proof of concepts (POCs), testing, deployment, and post go-live support
