About the role
Lead Weatherford’s Commercial analytics delivery team and build scalable analytics products, applications, automation and applied AI solutions. Drive Commercial analytics support for Atlas, including the transition from JD Edwards (JDE) to Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP and CRM modernization—from design and migration through cutover, stabilization and continuous improvement.
What you'll do
- Lead team delivery: Provide functional supervision for the Commercial Platforms & Systems Administrator and Commercial Data & Transformation Analyst
- Drive ERP and CRM transformation: Define Commercial reporting, data, integration, automation, application
- Own migration readiness: Lead fit-gap assessments, source-to-target mapping, migration, interface testing, UAT, cutover rehearsals, go-live reconciliation
- Establish owners, acceptance criteria, fallback procedures and support arrangements
- Build analytics and AI products: Deliver dashboards, Power Apps, automated workflows, data pipelines, semantic models and decision-support tools focused on usability
