About the role
We are seeking a Supplier Document Analyst to manage supplier documentation reviews and ensure compliance before products are shipped to Weatherford manufacturing sites. The role coordinates with suppliers, third-party teams, Manufacturing, Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, and Supplier Quality to ensure accurate documentation, timely approvals, and continuous process improvement.
What you'll do
- Review supplier documentation for completeness and compliance before shipment
- Coordinate with suppliers to resolve missing or incorrect documentation
- Review Supplier Ready-to-Ship requests and issue Authorization to Ship
- Develop and improve processes for supplier document submission, storage, and retrieval
- Review material test reports for incoming products
