What you'll do

• Work with our Legal and Sales teams and become a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders across the business
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating English commercial contracts and documents with Akamai's global customers and partners, supporting commercial teams worldwide
• Advising cross-functional teams across Sales, Finance, Tax, Compliance, Information Security, and Product Management on legal risks in commercial sales contracts
• Ensuring compliance with and consistent application of Akamai's legal and business policies and practices
• Participating in efforts to enhance the legal department's overall performance
