What you'll do
- Using in-depth knowledge of the Oracle Cloud Financial Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise
- Provide high-quality client support by triaging and owning incidents and service requests through resolution, gathering complete business and system information
- Troubleshoot client issues through functional analysis, configuration review, data validation, log and process review, replication, root-cause analysis
- When vendor assistance is required, open and manage Oracle Service Requests, provide actionable evidence, and drive issues to resolution
- Manage Oracle service requests through resolution, including diagnostics, follow-ups, validation, and status updates
