About the role
We are seeking an experienced Xactly Consultant with a strong focus on Xactly Incent and Xactly Analytics to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Xactly solutions, providing clients with cutting-edge tools to manage their incentive compensation programs and gain data-driven insights.
What you'll do
- Configure and manage participant hierarchies, team structures, and territory assignments, ensuring accurate compensation tracking
- Create and maintain calculation formulas, including base pay, bonuses, and multi-variable commissions, using Xactly’s Calculation Engine
- Configure and manage Plan Documents and Participant Statements, ensuring transparency and clarity in commission reporting
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate the functionality of the system and ensure the accuracy of calculations
- Set up and manage dispute workflows, providing users with mechanisms to contest commissions and ensuring proper audit trails
