Associate Product Manager — Credit & Lending Platform Falcon a Series-A funded cloud-native, AI-first banking technology & processing platform that helps banks, NBFCs, and PPIs quickly and affordably launch next-gen financial products, such as credit card, credit line on UPI, prepaid card, fixed deposits, and loans.
What you'll do
- Contribute to platform-level initiatives by working on reusable components, APIs, and configuration surfaces that serve multiple banks and product use cases
- Partner with engineering to define scalable, extensible solutions, keeping long-term, multi-tenant platform capabilities and integrations in mind
- Translate needs into requirements — convert user needs and data insights into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Analyse product data, customer insights, and market trends to identify opportunities for improvement and growth
- Support roadmap planning and prioritisation based on user impact, business value, and technical feasibility
