About the role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Associate Director - Business & Growth to drive our expansion efforts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing relationships with large private banks, building and leading high-performing teams, and achieving revenue growth through complex B2B sales.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with small, large, and private banks, as well as NBFCs, identifying opportunities for business growth
- Drive engagement and foster greater collaboration between banks and organisations within the ecosystem
- Lead and execute strategic business development initiatives to accelerate growth on our fintech platform
- Cultivate and manage relationships with large private banks, leveraging expertise to drive revenue growth
- Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration in the fintech sector
