About the role
We are looking for an experienced and proactive IT Systems Engineer to oversee our day-to-day IT support operations, resolve complex system hardware and software issues, and manage the complete life cycle of company IT assets. In this role, you will serve as the technical backbone of our organization, ensuring seamless technology operations, maintaining robust IT asset records, and delivering high-quality support to end users across the company.
What you'll do
- Serve as the primary point of escalation for internal technical issues, providing Tier 1–3 support for hardware, software, network, and operating system issues
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical problems involving Windows, macOS, Linux, printers, peripheral devices, and cloud-based systems
- Onboard and offboard employees by provisioning equipment, setting up account credentials, managing access rights, and conducting technical orientations
- Manage and resolve tickets in a timely manner according to defined service level agreements (SLAs)
- Perform hands-on hardware repairs, component replacements, upgrades, and system re-imaging for laptops, desktops, and workstations
