- Build a high-performing team where engineers can do their best work
- Coach, mentor, and develop engineering talent through regular feedback, performance management, and career growth planning , while helping scale the team as needed
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements, clarify objectives
- Establish and continually improve team processes to enable iterative delivery, innovation, and high reliability
- Drive near- and long-term improvements to engineering-wide activities such as development practices, hiring / onboarding, team cohesion, and incident response
