What you'll do
- Lead seating allocation strategy, office moves, and overall upkeep of the Bengaluru GCC facility through proactive inspections, preventive planning
- Manage the facilities budgets — tracking, and reporting spend — while ensuring invoice processing and documentation meet finance and compliance standards
- Partner closely with HR to design and deliver team events, wellness initiatives, and onboarding/offboarding logistics that reflect a strong employee experience
- Serve as the primary point of contact and decision-maker during emergencies, ensuring readiness and rapid response
- Planning & Reporting: Define and monitor facilities KPIs, drive process improvement initiatives
